ILPO55 - EVENTS

1st European Consultation Seminar - Bucharest

The first European Consultation Seminar took place on the 9th July 2015 in Bucharest and was organised by ANUP-International.
The aim of this seminar was to share and clarify findings on the results of the surveys and focus groups and to identify further improvements and suggestions for the future ILPO55 European Framework.

It counted with the participation of representatives from the following stakeholders:

2^nd European Consultation Seminar – Hilversum

A second European Consultation Seminar took place in Hilversum on the 16^th September 2016. Replicating the process followed in the previous seminar in Romania, a number of representatives from the industry were invited to participate and provide feedback on the aims of the project and the tools for age management being developed.

The following questions were asked during the seminar

1. Do you recognise the problem ILPO55 addresses?
2. Do you have policies in place regarding these issues?
3. What is your opinion in general concerning the ILPO reference framework?
4. What is your opinion about the concept of the Employability Portfolio?
5. How do you assess the career development plan?
6. Do you find the ILPO Qualifications appealing and applicable?

National Consultation Workshops

As part of the project, the ILPO55 consortium carried out a Piloting phase, involving representatives from the Financial Services Sector, in order to confirm the validity of the tools forming part of the ILPO55 Reference Framework and the Study programmes developed as part of the project. The National Consultation Workshops formed part of the second stage of the piloting phase. A workshop was carried out in each of the following countries: Italy, Malta, Spain, Romania and the Netherlands. The outcome of such workshops prompted the updating of the material being developed as part of the main deliverables of the project and were recorded in the National Piloting Reports available here.
