Effective Communication is at the base of a successful project. In order to ensure effective communication the ILPO55 partnership consortium planned both virtual and face to face meetings. These face to face meetings, spread strategically across the timeline of the project, gave partners the opportunity to touch base and take the necessary decisions towards the achievement of specific project objectives. A total of seven face to face meetings were planned for this project. Each transnational Partners’ meeting was held in one of the partner countries and lasted one and a half days. Meetings were held in the days shown below:
